Templates are carried for the 204 and higher number Soss hinge. Templates require a bushing with an O.D. of 3/4” and maximum distance past base of 9/16”. Porter-Cable Guide 42024 and 42237 (lock nut) meet these requirements. Additionally, a 1/2” inch diameter straight plunge cut (like 1073 or 1055 or 1025, 1026) is used for all hinge installations.
